BB CRM provides a cloud-based management system for coffee shops and small businesses, including inventory tracking, employee management, sales analytics, and order processing. We offer a Base Free plan and a paid PRO plan.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

All financial transactions are handled securely through PayPal. By upgrading to a PRO plan, you agree to the following:

• Payment: Access to PRO features is granted upon successful confirmation of payment by PayPal.
• Fees: Subscription fees are billed in USD (or equivalent) and are subject to change with prior notice.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for any fees charged by PayPal or your bank in connection with the transaction.

4. Refund Policy
